No insurance, Help!

So I just recently came off of TriCare (military insurance) when I got married. That happened after my 8 week appointment. I'm trying to get onto Medicaid but I don't know if I will get approved and it's taking forever! I am now 13 weeks and haven't seen a doctor since I was 8 weeks! To be completely honest I don't care much about the appointment itself, I just want the baby to be checked up on. I am TERRIFIED of miscarriage. I mean, yes I have symptoms but sometimes I wonder if I count them as pregnancy symptoms just because I "know" I'm pregnant if that makes sense. Does anyone know some type of alternative? A place I could go with no insurance just to hear the heartbeat? Anything?
