Heavy cycle
I started using a Diva Cup (love it btw) so now I can tell how much bleeding I have. Over the past year my cycle went from five days to 7 days if I'm lucky....sometimes 8 or 9 days (happened once). But the amount of bleeding scares me. In the first 24 hours I documented 100ml and that's not including some I accidentally spilled in the toilet. It's my understanding that a normal period is only about 30ml over the entire period, so I'm a bit alarmed have an appointment with a fertility doc in about a week. The last time I spoke to my OB/GYN about my period, she started talking about a freaking hysterectomy! I'm over 40. I'm engaged to a younger man and we desperately want a baby.
