Diva Cup yay or nay?

I'm considering using a diva cup. I get horrible cramps since I stopped the pill a year and a half ago. Pads are disgusting and tampons make my cramps worse. Does anyone here use one that can share their experience?

I've been using cups for three years now and I'll never go back to disposables (such as tampons or pads) . I've learned so much about my own body and cycles as well. My period is shorter now and those awful cramps that I had before are nearly gone. It's actually a pity that there's so many ladies out there that can't even talk about (just because they think that it's totally gross) but I'll recommend you to give it a try. Plus, you don't have to carry 300 tampons around, I change and clean mine every 4 to 5 hours in my heaviest flow days and you can do it in any toilet. It gets easier with time, just be a little patient. Good luck with it ❤️

They are fantastic. Work really well - no chance of toxic shock, saves you money and great for the environment.
