They have bed bugs!!

I used to keep my nephew over at our house for about 3days to a week every month. I have three boys of my own and they play together and we will go do things together but I feel bad because ever since I found out they have a bed bug infestation, I've been hesitant to keep him over because bed bugs are the most difficult pests to get rid of and to check for. I don't want to have to keep stripping him down, bathing him and changing his clothes everytime he comes over. But I don't want him to think we don't love him, my kids always ask for him to stay again and I miss him but I don't want our home to be infested. Also my sister is very sensitive if I even dare say anything about their bed bug infestation she will just get upset with me. I don't know what to do, any suggestions?
