Breast soreness completely gone

I'm 5w3d, my only symptom so far is breast tenderness however, since Friday the soreness has been decreasing and today it's completely gone. Yesterday I had mild lower back pain but it went away. Last time my breast stopped hurting I had a MC the same day.

I keep going to the bathroom to see if I'm bleeding but nothing yet.

I'm seeing my dr only next week so hope everything is ok 😔
