Sore breast ? Advice pls.

Hi ladies . Well ima make this as short as I can . Ttc for a year now . AF is due 8/8. I have a regular 28-32 dc. LP was 7/8. I'm in my Tww. My boobs have been so sore & feel really full since about 4 days after my LP. It went from my right then to my left & now both. This usually doesn't happen till a week before Af. I know yall aren't doctors but I just need advice... what could this mean ? thanks !
