Mucas plug at 11 weeks??

Question

Going pee this morning and I went to wipe and saw this long stringy clear mucas coming out and I grabbed it with my fingers to see if there was any blood or anything and nope no blood. Called my doctors nurse and she said it might be from my antibiotics or it could be from sex or it also could be my mucas plug. 
So if I have abdominal pain in suppose to go to my local e.r. 
This is my second baby and read online that I could lose it through my pregnancy is this normal tho? I'm freaking myself that that I'll miscarry

Well the nurse called my doctor on her vacation. 
Normally I wouldn't freak out especially since this is my second pregnancy but I never had anything like this during my son's pregnancy. 
But she said everything is normal and as long as I don't feel like I'm contracting then I'm fine. 
So I feel a lot better now ☺

I lost my mucus plug at 25 weeks with my last son. It was so gross 😧 I thought I would miscarry to but I didn't it was kinda scary but everything was fine :)

It'll come out multiple times throughout pregnancy amd will regenerate. It doesn't grow back once you begin dilating bc the space doesn't allow it

I've heard it can come away and grow itself back. If you get blood or pain is talk to a Dr.
