Cramp question

Okay today my husband and I had sex and I was on top. Once we were done I got a horrible pain right at the top of my vagina. Like right where your pants would button. Then it moved to the right side maybe where my ovary is. It's not hurting nearly as much now but still sore. Could it have been from sex or should I get seen by my doctor? And I should be starting AF tomorrow. So could that be it as well? I have only felt that one other time and that was months ago.
