Exclusively breastfeeding

Hi ladies,
Just wanted some imput from other mamas who are still breastfeeding.  My son is now 4 months old, and I'm exclusively breastfeeding.  When I run errands during the day, I pump and bring a bottle so it's easier to feed him around others (my family is still weirded out by my choice to breastfeed).  I'm just afraid that my supply is going down now, since I sometimes go longer than I should without breastfeeding or pumping.  Is it normal for supply to go down once feeding is more regulated?  How much is everyone else still pumping, or how many times a day are your babies nursing?  My little guy nurses about 8-9 times a day, plus I'll pump about 10 ounces in addition to that (first thing in the morning and right before I go to bed).  Is this normal?  Should I be worried about longer gaps during the day?
