Metformin

Hi guys, just wanted to see how much success people have had with Metformin/how long it has taken people to conceive once they have started this. I started 1000 mg ER ON 7/8/15 and got a period on day 28 (today, 7/30/15). It was a heavier period than I've had since before I started BC in 2008! Hoping this is a good sign/trying not to get me hopes up. Still feeling down so looking to hear about all of your Metformin experiences! Did it take a few months to conceive after you had a regulated period? Planning to do ovulation testing and bbt over the next month. Fingers crossed!
