Pcos blues

So my last period was may 21st and my stomach looks rounder then before, i get nauseated after I eat everything, I'm horny all the time. But i had a negative test result in june. Im scared to test again because im tired of my heart breaking after seeing a bfn. I have pcos and this happens allllllllll the time. Right when im convinced that I'm pregnant, the test crushes my dreams with a negative.

Has anyone gone through this???? Is it possible to get pregnant even if you dont get your period?
