Blood clots

So I had some really I mean REALLY rough sex over the weekend it was like non stop too hahaha but yesterday I started feeling like I was getting a urinary tract infection. I get minor ones (last a day tops) after sex every now and then so I didn't think much of it. Well today I have been peeing nonstop, now it's at the point where I am peeing blood and small clotting. It stings so much down there... Should I be worried?!
