So is happened again mc no.2

So my worst fear came true and I started bleeding a few days after 5 weeks, this is now my second mc that only managed to get to 5 weeks. Currently been referred to a recurrent miscarriage specialist which is a good thing but they said it could be 5 months before I hear anything and if I want to try in the meantime it's at my own risk? Really. I feel for anyone who has or is going through it it doesn't get easier the second time no matter how much you mentally prepare. Has anyone done/tried anything that might help?! I've read about low dose asprin so giving that a go first of all x
