Weight loss
On may 19th 2014 i officially quit smoking. I did it cold turkey with the help of my husband who also quit smoking. Since then i gained roughly 30lbs. I lost about 15 of those pounds this past winter and gained about 10lbs back in the last 4 months. I know i NEED to lose the weight but i can't seem to get motivated! My clothes don't fit well and im tired most of the time and my sex drive in way lower than id like it to be. But still i have no desire to eat healthy and workout. Does anyone have any ideas to slowly ease my way into a healthy lifestyle! Thank you in advance! ☺
