Funneling with cerclage in place..

I just left my Obgyn doctor and he told me that at 25weeks I am funneling. I have had my cerclage in since I turned 12 weeks but he said that there is no need for strict bed rest yet. I also get the progestrone shots every week to keep my I uterus calm. Is there anyone that has been through what I am currently going through? I need advice because I want to take it upon myself to just go on bed rest.
