My heart rate??????

So unfortunetly i dont have any medical.. Im not pregnant, at least the tests say im not.. But im curious if anyone may have any thoughts on why my resting heart rate has been 115-125 for the past 3 weeks.. I dont want to go to the er in a small town because all they will do is hook me up to a monitor, possibly hold me over night, and then tell me nothing is wrong.. And it will just be a big bill.. Ive been testing in the am before i move or get out of bed and in the pm after ive been laying here for a half hour or so.. Any leads may help..
