4 Days Late

So I am 4 days late and i been feeling light cramps for few days already. I have been pregnant before but miscarried and I thought when i started cramping that i was starting my period so I took few ibuprofen because my cramps get horrible so i wanted to beat it to the punch but no AF. If i end up being pregnant do you ladies think me taking the ibuprofen days ago could have done anything to the baby? Im little freaked out because i dont want to miscarry if i am..help plz
