How long did it take you to pass it? I just found out about my miscarriage this morning. I'm in so much pain emotionally and physically and just want to know when it will be over! We had been trying for over a year and were so excited that it was finally our time to start a family together. I feel so broken and at fault. How did you ladies cope? What did you find helpful?

Mine looked like a broken  balloon which was dark red. Prior to that I had passed a long red slimy clot. About 4-6 in long.
