Provera and Clomid

Okay so, weird question but I really need some help. I posted here earlier this week about my doctor wanting to start me on clomid with only spotting as a cycle. Well today was supposed to be the day I started my Clomid when she would have considered cycle day 5 I think.. well I went to the bathroom TMI this morning it seems like my period is actually really starting today not just spotting. I call the doctors office, because I need an answer before tonight which is when I'm supposed to start it and she's not there and I don't know what to do.
