Taking Clomid cycle after a CP

I just experienced my first CP. I've heard from others that it can make your cycle shift. I'm taking Clomid, which you should take on CD's 5-9. Should I still take it as normal, or should I wait and take it later?

Anyone had experience with this and can advise? Thanks
