Too soon to test?

It's been 2 weeks this Friday since last ovulation... Period due by next Tuesday. Is it too soon to take hcg test??

​I'm so ready to know! Have had lower back cramps, headaches for 3 days, and sore breasts. Maybe I'm thinking too much about this.
