11w4d pregnant.  Have a terrible headache for last day and a half. Neighbors are getting carpets cleaned with that giant truck all day for 3 days now it's gave me a headache.  I guess I'm asking can I take Tylenol? I'm in pain from it. I've read not till 13 weeks.

you can take any strength of the tylenol. i asked my doctor and she said any strength because only a small amount eill end up getting to baby. but no matter strength it is safe to take during pregnancy

Tylenol is totally safe. And thank god it is because I have been dealing with terrible headaches almost my entire pregnancy!

I would try natural remedies first like drink gatoraid, using peppermint oil on temples or eat a apple. Green apples are best. Tylenol is ok if you are farther along but always as a last resort.
