Symtoms of what?

Question

Lately I've noticed I'm having irregular light green discharge, excessive white discharge, nausea, headache, and slight vaginal itching. I'm not sexually active and haven't been for about 10 months. 
Does anyone have a clue what this could be or are these unrelated symptoms?

Good GOD... Please go to the doctor! What if it develops into an STI?! Some are preventable with early treatment but PLEASE, in the name of all that is beautiful... GO SEE A CERTIFIED HEALTH PROFESSIONAL.

Anything green coming outta me I'm going to the Dr and itching take a shower clean yourself really good and if it itches or burns still my friend go to the dr. Green discharge is an infection that only a Dr could diagnose properly
