Anyone with a common symptom?

I've had this "thing" in my upper abdomen that's been bothering me for years. I never made a big deal about it before because for one I was younger & dumber, never really had health insurance, but also because the symptoms would come & go. Now I'm 22, 6w5d pregnant & it's really been messing with me. It just feels like a ball in the middle of my upper abdomen & depending on how I sleep or what I eat, etc., I start feeling pain. Some times are worse than others & at times it feels like it runs down to my belly button. I would make an appointment to see a doctor but we're on the brink of moving to a different state.

Someone mentioned one time, some time ago that it might be a hernia? But I'm just not sure. Any ideas or suggestions? They'd be much appreciated
