Anxious/paranoid in pregnancy

Anyone else super paranoid/anxious during pregnancy? I have a 3 year old & she's staying with my in laws this weekend while we redecorate her room, mother in law said it's supposed to be hot tomorrow she might take my daughter to the beach and I'm almost having a panic just thinking about it.. Knowing its more than likely gonna be busy because of the summer holidays & even more so if it's hot. I'm a big worrier anyway but I'm sure this baby is making me super anxious!!
