Low egg reserve age 46

I've been diagnosed with low egg reserve 0.4, everything else healthy, uterus, ovaries, no cysts no fybroids. No more PCOSwhich I had 18 years ago when trying for my first and second baby, third baby natural. Is there any ladies out there has had fallen pregnant and has a healthy baby, did you take any thing to help? I have a period and a week later I spot only when I wipe and after sex. Any advise
