Passing out

Has anyone passed out during pregnancy? I almost did with my first two years ago. But today I legit passed out and I couldn't hear for a couple minutes when I woke up and my body was numb. My nose started to bleed a little. My ears hurt for awhile afterwards too. I called my mom and she didn't seem too concerned. I haven't ever passed out before and it freaked me out.
