I NEED HELP, CONFUSED!

I am 23, husband is 25 we have been married for almost a year been dating for almost 5. So, recently I had a friend move into my spare bedroom, she was getting kicked out, and I offered for her to stay here, til she can figure it out. Never had any thoughts about my husband cheating or whatever, but maybe I'm just dumb? because now, she's been here for almost a month. And the other day she had told me my husband invited her into MY BEDROOM to hang out and play some Xbox or whatever. not a big deal- but I asked him about it, and right a way his response was "oh she's lying I never did that" well clearly she's not gonna lie about it? she has no reason, and finally I got them into the same room together and asked him again and his response was "yeah we hung out for a few, I didn't tell you because of how you would of reacted." well now it raises red flags, and I question myself if this maybe has more to it? MEANWHILE I've been fighting with him because he's been watching porn and masturbating to it. and for the last 2 weeks I've found it on his phone history and confronted him and he said he hasn't been!! well it doesn't just magically apear! and I'm so fed up, I've talked to him numerous times about watching it and why. he tells me I don't fuck him enough, well it's hard when you work all day, and when I get home I just want to relax, we probably have sex 2-3 a week, is that plenty? and it hurts, when he looks up specific credential (skinny blonde, brown eyed, brunettes) I don't know what to do, it hurts me so bad, and he knows it. I have no other place to go, family lives 1000 miles North. I just don't know what to do. please help... just being able to write this and vent helps some I guess too. thank you.
