Am I?

I had a miscarriage 12th July, no AF yet however I feel just like I did when I got pregnant last time - feeling nauseous and very tired. Last pregnancy I had very sore boobs but that is the only thing that is missing this time, just tingly nipples. I guess my question is has anyone else had this? Will take a test in a couple of days to tell for sure but wanted to know if anyone else had all the same symptoms of a previous pregnancy except from sore boobs? #impatient 🙈
