Trouble with orgasm

My now husband we just got married a week ago :). He has a lot of issues ejaculating. He very rarely does. We have done a lot of research and we just don't know what to do. We are not ttc yet, but will be trying to start wishing the next year and if he can't ejaculate we can't get pregnant. I want to help us but don't know what else we can do. Help please...
