Making the decision (Mirena)

You need to be informed before you get it. It's possible that you'll bleed for 3 months straight after it's first inserted. I bled for almost 60 days. It's definitely annoying to say the least. However, after 6 months of having Mirena I love it. My period is very light. It's pretty regular. The insertion was easy, although there was definitely some cramping. It was well worth it.
