IUD mirena (5years)

I've had my IUD for about 2 years now. Only thing I love about it is I have not had a period since then. Thing I hate about it is I have no sex drive :/ only time I want it is when I had a little to drink and that's not often. I'm only 30 and feel like an old ass lady that doesn't want to be touched :/
