Natural Miscarriage

Today I went to my OB for follow-up. The ultrasound showed same as last week......baby is still on 6w and no fetal heartbeat. There is still bleeding below the embryonic sac. The doctor gave me 3 options: natural mc, direct admission for cytotec tabs, or d&c. I choose the natural mc... Maybe how long will I wait for it to start? What should I expect? Should I come to work (I'm a nurse)? I'm so confused now.. This is my first pregnancy.. My LMP was May 31, 2015. Please help me.. Thanks..
