When will I get my period

Question

I had a natural miscarriage that started July 16th. I passed the sac and the baby at home in July 18th and by the 21st I had stopped bleeding. My levels were down to zero by July 29th. On August 1st I had EWCM and ovulation pain. I usually have very regular cycles - usually around 27 days. When should I expect my period?

It also depends on length of pregnancy before mc. I mc 7/14 and 7/22 was back from vacay and tested at zero hcg. 7/24 I had signs of O, and AF arrived this weekend. Could happen. So just countdown a couple weeks from O and add a couple days just in case cycle changes. Mine is not all that different besides more cramping and the horrific PMS I had that was very unusual. The actual cycle is fairly normal, but I did spot a few days first.

Answer

It can take 4-6 weeks or sometimes longer. If you ovulated when you said you did, you will most likely get your period two weeks (14 days) after ovulation. Your cycles will most likely not be the same after a MC (mine aren't and I'm 7 months after a MC). Also, I'm so sorry for your loss. Sending you hugs ❤️
