Raspberry Leaf Tea?

I recently purchased some of this tea, and i am currently 33w 3 days. I had my first cup today, but was wondering if maybe it's too soon to drink? If not, do you increase the amount you drink over time? Just curious how other people drink it.  Thanks!

I have been drinking it (mixed with other teas) my whole pregnancy.  Making it more concentrated now and having 3-4 cups a day (36w5d).  It can only help! 😉

i've been drinking it since about 20 weeks but not daily. i'm 36+3 now so i'm going to try and drink 2-3 cups a day for the remainder of my pregnancy!

What are the benefits of this tea? Also with primrose oil?

I found some on Amazon called Earth Mama Angel Baby- Third trimester tea. I just started drinking 1-2 cups a day at 33 weeks and plan  to increase this around 35-36 weeks. It tastes great and I've only heard good things!

My SIL dr said it was fine after 32 weeks. :)

I started drinking it at 35 weeks and am drinking 3 cups a day. I have read that 3 cups a day in your third trimester is fine.

Ask your OB if your worried about it. I started drinking a cup a day at 32 weeks and next week at 35 will increase to 2 cups,everything has been fine so far.
