Please help...Idk what this is?

I had cramps today as I normally do when I get my period. So I went to the bathroom and peed. Along with my pee was some reddish brown liquid which I assumed was my period. Throughout the day I've peed another 2 times and both times a brownish liquid came out with my pee (old blood?) However, I've been wearing a panty liner all day and nothing has come out on it. When I wiped (sorry tmi), nothing came out on the toilet paper.
Is this my period? This has never happened to me before.

Are you dehydrated? I got really really sick a month or so ago and I was constantly sleeping and not eating or drinking and when is go pee my urine was a dark brownish red colour and I thought I was bleeding so I freaked out cuz it kept happening, so I wiped before I went pee next time to make sure I wasn't bleeding for sure and then when I went pee I peed in a cup to take a look and it was my pee that was a different colour so I sent my mum a pic and said yah it's my pee that's red am I bleeding, is this an infection or something? Like I was worried my kidneys were damaged or something if this was this sudden and I was already sick too. But I just drank a bunch of Gatorade and water and juice since it hurt to eat and I wasn't that hungry and it only took a couple hours for it to go back to normal colour so it turned out I was just dehydrated.

Please help...Idk what this is?
