Feeling depress

Me and my husband having been trying for 3 or 4 years for baby #2 our daughter is 7 and we did get pregnant on January but we had a miscarriage on May we all had a hard time with it. But Lately I have been feeling so depress and jealous because my sister in law is having a baby in September and they invited me to her baby shower. Now at work a lady is pregnant with twins and she knows what I went thru but she keeps rubbing it in my face.
