Natural birth at 17.

I'll be 17 when i give birth. Everyone in my family is telling me how stupid, immature and dumb i am because I want to have a natural birth unless it's absolutely impossible. They are saying you cant have a child without medications, and they will keep me in the hospital longer, and i'll regret it when i'm giving birth. My dads girlfriend said "anyone who has a natural birth is just stupid and thats it." I feel like this is my choice and them telling me i cant is actually really hurtful. Anyone have a natural birth? Whats it like?
