What symptoms for iui! Please help!

After my iui for the first 3 days I was crampy and hungry all the time...also my body was hurting like sore all over ..then day 4 no symptoms at all then today day 5 I'm super gassy super bloated and have heart burn and also a lot of cramps in my uterus area has anyone experienced this and gotten a bfp or is this normal after an iui this is my first one and I have no clue
