Late by 6 days

Last m p was 14 July average cycle between 27-34 days. Six days late if right did a test mid morning and was negative, I had spotting in and off in the middle of cycle for week, only when I wipe. Need to go to the loo more and back aches, and boobs started hurting last night and more today, feeling nausea on and off last day or so ..... Not sure when or if to test again as to be disappointed, I'm 46 been trying for a year now, partner ok and I've been told I have low amh .0.04 but my doc said it only take one good egg .... Any one help or similar experience please. Thank you, baby dust to everyone
