What are your thoughts?

OK I know it's best if I take a test and wait, I fully plan on it. I rarely get my hopes up anymore and I'm not a huge "symptoms and pee on a stick addict" but something is different. I am 12 dpo. My boobs are killing me for the past 5 days (very uncommon) and I'm like a zombie exhausted. My husband and I BDed every day this cycle, we usually BD every other. Now here is the kicker.. We just got the news that his sperm count is on the lower side AND he has poor motility. (he had a vasectomy reversal done feb 14, we just made an appointment with fertility clinic for potential IUI) I tested yesterday with a dollar store test, it was BFN. What do you think my chances are of being pregnant?
