Closed soft and high cervix's

Could I be pregnant? After ovulation I usually have a low cervix but it's been high soft and closed. Tomorrow I will be 7dpo I've had back ache, cramps some abdominal pain, breast tender (in nipples too) indigestion, insomnia, my stomach feels full, bloated, right after I use bathroom I'll be able to pee again within 30 min and it will be a lot I have creamy and white cm.
