Hubby wants another baby.

I have been married for 11 years. During this time we have had 3 boys and 1 miscarriage. My last pregnancy I was diagnosed with placenta previa. I had 3 serious bleeds rushing me to the hospital. The doc described it to me as when I was bleeding the baby and I were essentially bleeding out. If they couldn't get it under control we would both die. I had to have an emergency c-section the day I turned 36 weeks. He is now almost 7. They said if I got pregnant again it might come back and be worse. My husband really wants another baby. It really bothers him that I say I don't want one. He says he thinks the reward is worth the risk. I told him I would consider it after I got healthy and lost a few extra pounds. I think if I have a baby then, it would be less chance I could have complications again. What should I do? Part of me wants another but I am so scared.
