Oil based paint?? Ftm very scared.

Im almost 32 weeks and my husband and i were painting our kitchen. I thought it was ok for me to paint since we had a fan and all the doors and windows were open. We were there for a little over an hour. However when we finished i looked it up and it said that pregnant women are aloud to paint just not with oil based paints. And to not let it get on their skin. So im freaking out now. Have you ladies done this? If so, did it affect your LO?
