Concern?

Hi I need some advice I visited my doctor Monday they preformed a vaginal ultrasound on Tuesday I stared bleeding called my doctor they state it was normal I have no other symptoms but the bleeding continues...should I be worried? It is my second pregnancy but I didn't have any of this during my first please help :/
