Are these abs?
So Ive been working really hard at the gym. I've lost 25 pounds and I really want a toned stomach area. I asked my sister if I had abs or if this was body fat and she said it wasn't abs. I know I don't have a 6 pack but is this like the start? Idk I need some health expert help!!! Just need to know if I'm going in the right direction with my workouts thanks!!!
