Bleeding and no orgasm

Has anyone experienced bleeding after being fingered or having sex? I can't ever orgasm so my husband and I tried some fingering and when we went to the bathroom to clean up, he had blood all over his hand and I went to the bathroom and had blood coming from down there too. I'm confused and alarmed as this has never happened before. It didn't hurt or anything like that. It just has never happened before. Not even our first time having sex did it hurt or bleed...so why would it bleed now and why can't I orgasm??? Help!!!
