Am I out with a negative HPT at 10 dpo?

I have a 12 day LP. Tests still look negative. I have every symptom in the book and feel waaaay different than I have any other cycle ttc. No symptoms are the same as they normally are but this was my first cycle of Clomid. I am just praying the things I'm experiencing are from a baby and not the medicine.
