Any twin moms trying for or have had a VBAC?

I'm 31 weeks and just found out that both babies are head down.  Dr. Says if they stay this way there is a good chance of a vaginal birth.  That would be great but I am also worried how this will go with my twins.  My uterus is already really stretched carrying them and I know one can flip still but I'm wondering if anyone else has actually had a VBAC with twins?

I am 37 weeks 5 days with di/di twins and am attempting a vbac. My Dr initially didn't want me to go past 38 weeks but I am determined to get to 40 if they don't come naturally. I would prefer a vbac over csection, recovery is faster. Imagine trying to care for your kids or toddlers, plus two newborn babies and having to recover from a csection. 
If I don't go into labor naturally I will suggest a Foley bulb induction. My last resort is csection if my twins or I are in life threatening danger. Hope you have your vbac

I had both my twins vaginally at home (one at 8 pounds and head down, the other 6.5 and breech). My good friend had her twins via c-section. Either way, there is a recovery period, but it is MUCH harder to recover from a c-section with two babies to care for. My friend needed a lot of help, and for several months! I was on my feet a few hours later (but I'm a hard-ass, lol) and fully revovered a couple weeks later.

If your doctor offers you a vbac, TAKE it! It is much better for you and babies. I also recommend hiring a doula to help you through the process, and she can help you even if you have a c-section.

I had a friend that had twins and she had the first one vaginally, but then was so exhausted she had to have the second one via csection. It was a terrible experience for her and she had to recovery from two separate deliveries! After hearing what she went through I would never want to try and deliver twins naturally, let alone a vbac.

If both my twins are head down I might try.  Depends on timing, etc.  I'd have to go into labor before 38 weeks. Furthermore the rupture rate has not been studied.  Generally the risk is higher on the babies during a TOLAC and higher on the mom for a c-section.  A c-section while in labor though doesn't sound appealing.  I flip flop all the time.  It's likely at least one will be breech my body doesn't like growing, I'm still not really showing at 17 weeks!
