Progesterone side effects?

Question

Anyone else have experience taking progesterone post IUI? I feel like it's a cruel trick that the effects are the exact same as the symptoms of early pregnancy!!! That is BANANAS. So do I go through the tww with nooooo clue as to whether or not I should be either optimistic or prepped for bummer news when it comes time to test??

I tested today! 11 dpo having a hard time believing our rainbow baby may be on the way!

It's a cruel joke for sure! I'm trying to just hope for the best and prepare for the worst. On one hand though I don't obsess if I have  "pregnancy" symptoms because I already have them from the meds!

I'm on my first round of progesterone and I have the same problem. So exhausted, nauseous, head hurts, crying every day so far. Ugggghh.

I take it every round of IVF and yup, it's hell on your emotions. I feel tired, my boobs swell, I feel a little queasy.. and then to get a "no" after all that, it's such a tease!!
